BARRY A. DRUCKER
Barry A. Drucker received his undergraduate degree from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. While in college, Mr. Drucker worked for Congressman Rick Lehman.
Upon returning to Los Angeles, Mr. Drucker worked as a Field Representative for Assemblyman Tom Bane before earning his J.D. at Pepperdine University School of Law. He was admitted to practice law in 1989.
In 1993, Mr. Drucker began serving on the Beverly Hills Bar Association as a Barrister and currently serves on the Main Board of Governors. From 1994 to 1996, he served as Chairman of the Roxbury Park Seniors Legal Clinic which provided free legal advice for senior citizens. In 1996, he received the Beverly Hills Bar Association's "Lawrence J. Blake" Award for his distinguished service. Thereafter, Mr. Drucker served as Chairman of the Barristers Workshops. Currently, he serves as Chairman of the Litigation Section of the Beverly Hills Bar.
In 1994, his article entitled "The Retraxit Trap" was published in "The Advocate," the Consumer Attorneys Association publication. In 2002, his article entitled "Structured Settlements, or Insurance 101" was also published in "The Advocate".
From 1996 to 2002, Mr. Drucker served on the Los Angeles Superior Court's Arbitration Panel.
Mr. Drucker has devoted his career to helping personal injury victims fight large insurance companies and obtain fair compensation for their injuries.

SALVATORE DE SIMONE
Salvatore DeSimone received his undergraduate degree from California State University Los Angeles, and his J.D. from Western State University College of Law. He was admitted to practice law in 1976.
Mr. DeSimone has argued cases before the California Supreme Court, and over the course of his law career he has presided as trial counsel and argued more than seventy Superior Court jury trials.
In 1983, he was admitted as an advocate to the American Board of Trial Advocates, and in 1984 he became an active member of the American Trial Lawyers Association. From 1989 to 1994 he served as a Deposition Instructor for the National Institute of Trial Advocates, and from 1985 to the present he has served as a Trial School Instructor for the American Board of Trial Advocates.
Mr. DeSimone's expertise is medical malpractice and nursing home abuse. He has dedicated his practice to a commitment to each client from the moment of the initial interview all the way through to settlement or trial.
